Process flow:
(1) First put the steel plate mesh flat in the plastic immersion
furnace, and the temperature rises to 300-600 degrees (depending on
the thickness of the steel plate mesh) for about two hours.
(2) After the temperature of the steel plate mesh is reached, the
steel plate mesh is placed flat in the plastic slot for about five
seconds. Now the surface of the steel plate mesh has a layer of
burr plastic powder
(3) Hang the steel plate mesh vertically on the bracket for about
half an hour, and the surface of the steel plate mesh is slightly
smooth and flat.
(4) Push the bracket into the curing furnace for half an hour, and
control the temperature of sulfur sulfide at about 200 degrees.
(5) After half an hour out of the oven. Now the surface of the
steel plate mesh is smooth, smooth, no burr.
